This fly hardly needs an explanation, but the Orange Stimulator is the Godfather fly of western fly fishing.  It imitates Stoneflies, October Caddis, Salmon Flies, Hoppers, Moths, or whatever other crazy critter falls in the water and attempts to evade drowning!
